EVENTS YOU DON'T WANT TO MISS
ChristWalkers
All Youth ChristWalkers. ChristWalkers is a day of mission and outreach open to all youth. Meet in the Youth Loft at 1:00 pm. We will be back by 5:00.
January 10th (second Saturday) is our next ChristWalkers event.
Chapel Cross Dedication
On Sunday February 15th, we will have our 2009 Cross Dedication Service beginning at 12:15 p.m. in the youth chapel. Parents, Friends-in-Faith or others may give a cross in honor of any youth between 6th and 12th grade (only one cross per youth, so check with the youth office before donating a cross). Please attach a note with the name of the donor and the honoree.
These crosses will be mailed to the students when they are a freshman in college. Please keep that in mind when purchasing a cross. Crosses should not be too fragile or heavy.
All crosses must be submitted to the Youth Ministry Office on or before February 1st.
February 13 and 14, all 6th through 12th grade girls are invited to join us at the Revolve Tour. The Revolve Tour is a Friday night and Saturday event that gives the girls an opportunity to let their hair down. Friday night we’ll have an amazing slumber party at a host home, and Saturday morning we’ll go back to the Revolve Tour as a group.
The primary purpose of the Revolve Tour is to communicate to teen girls that God loves them, just as they are, and to draw them into a life-changing relationship with Jesus Christ. Beyond that, we want to encourage girls to build healthy relationships with adults and their peers.
We’ll hear speakers such Jenna Lucado, Chad Eastham, and Danielle Kimmey discuss real-life issues, and worship will be lead by Natalie Grant, Hawk Nelson, and Group 1 Crew. If you and/or your daughter would like to attend, please return the registration form to Lisa Lett by Friday, February 6. The cost is $70. Click on the image above to register.
YOUTH MINISTRY WEEKLY PROGRAMS
SUNDAY SCHOOL - 9:45AM
Junior High will meet in the attic and Senior High will meet in the youth chapel. Students will play games, hear a talk, and break out into small discussion groups.
CONFIRMATION CLASS 2008 - 2009
The 2008 - 2009 Confirmation Class for 6th graders is a weekly class that prepares the students for full church membership. We will focus on the foundations of Christian discipleship, which includes our identity in Christ, our history, our heritage, our beliefs, and our practices. Throughout the year the Confirmands will visit other churches, meet with the Bishop, and share God's love by serving our community.

MYF (Methodist Youth Fellowship) Open to All Youth, Sundays 5:30-7:00pm
MYF is a fun, Christ honoring environment and fellowship that shatters ideas the notion that Christians are boring, inauthentic, uncaring. The goal is for this to be a front door for students that are not connected to the church to connect. Junior high students meet in the attic at 5:30pm on Sunday; senior high student meet in host homes. Youth Supper Plans
Youth Supper Plans make it easy to pay for your youth's Sunday night or Midweek meals. The cost is $50 and is good for 10 meals. Register here.
MIDWEEK FOR JUNIOR & SENIOR HIGH
Midweek is a time for junior & senior high students to meet in a small group, have fun, study the Bible, and grow in community. It is a great opportunity to grow in authentic Christ-centered relationships. Midweek meets every Wednesday from 7:00 - 8:30pm. Junior high groups will meet in host homes around the city and senior high groups will meet at the church. Each group is made up of 8-10 students and 2 leaders. Register here.

You Can Make a Difference in the Lives of Students
If you love God and care about kids, we would love you to be a part of our youth ministry team. If you have 5 hours a week, or 5 hours a year, we have a way for you to help make a difference. We have opportunities to serve on our prayer team, our support team, and work directly with students on our shepherding team.
